Patricia W. Hathaway, aged 88, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family, just as she had been throughout her life.
Born on July 3, 1936, in Jesup, Georgia, Patricia was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family above all else. Her warmth and unwavering love left a lasting imprint on everyone she touched.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Angela Hathaway, along with her three sisters, one brother, and many nieces and nephews. Patricia’s legacy also lives on through her four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, whose lives were deeply enriched by her presence.
She is preceded in death by her son Michael Thomas Hathaway, parents, Jim and Phearby Woods, her brothers Sabord Woods and George Woods, her sister Sarah Bolt.
Patricia’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Though words cannot capture the depth of our loss, her love will continue to guide us through life.
Rest in peace, Pat. You will be missed beyond measure.

Ms Pat was such a sweetheart. I worked with her many years at Macy’s and she and I had many conversations. She sure loved her family. I know she will be missed. Prayers to her family.
